The clearance and handling fee is applied when a package exceeds 50 USD but was not charged customs duty by the Jamaica Customs Agency.
– Take a screenshot of the order which include the value of the items. You
can also download the invoice as a PDF on some sites (Eg: Amazon)
– You may upload the invoice as soon as you place the order as a
“Pre-Alert”
– You will receive an e-mail once we have received your package, there is a
direct link to upload invoices attached at the end of the e-mail
Your U.S. shipping address did not include all the required information, such as your Triple E Express member number, the suite number, the zip code or your full name. If any of the aforementioned details is missing, your package will be placed under a default account referred to as “Non-User”. In order for the package to be reflected on your account, you must provide proof of ownership by providing the tracking number of the package along with a clear description of the contents.

Yes, storage fees are charged if your package is not collected within 14 days after delivery at your pickup location. The storage fee is $350 per day per item thereafter.

All packages coming through Jamaica Customs are opened and inspected by a customs officer to verify that the invoice matches the contents of the package. They are then resealed using cello tape.
If package weight falls in between weight categories for example 1.7 lb. it will be rounded up to the nearest whole number (2 lb.) and then you will be charged accordingly.
All packages valued over US$50 are subject to customs duty charges. Keep your orders below US$50 if you want to avoid paying duties.
You have 21 days to collect packages. NB: If you exceed the 21 days, the contents of the packages will be sold to recover cost.
Providing the invoices ensures speedy deliveries as well as ensuring that packages are not overcharged by Customs.
No, it is not mandatory unless all three packages are being collected and delivered at once.
